How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and prepare a quotation.
- To communicate with you about a project you've asked us about.
We process personal data on an applicable lawful basis under Saudi Arabia’s Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and its implementing regulations, including consent where required. The appropriate basis for each activity must be confirmed before publication.
Where it is stored
Form submissions are stored in a secure, access-controlled database used to run this website. Only authorised Ram Digi Studio staff can access them. We don't sell your data.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details only as long as necessary to respond and, where a project goes ahead, for the duration of our working relationship and any legal record-keeping period.
If you contact us via WhatsApp, your messages are handled by WhatsApp (Meta) under their own privacy policy.
Cookies
This website does not currently use advertising or analytics cookies. Only technically necessary storage may be used for the site to function. If we introduce non-essential cookies in future, we will ask for your consent first.
Your rights
Subject to the PDPL and its implementing regulations, you may request information about processing, access to and a copy of your personal data, correction or completion, and destruction when applicable. You may withdraw consent where processing relies on it, subject to legal requirements. Contact us to exercise your rights. You may also submit a complaint to the competent authority in Saudi Arabia.
